Orders placed before 12 pm EST are shipped the same day. Otherwise, processing may take 1 to 3 business days.
It is very important that when placing your order you make sure that your address is entered correctly so that you receive your package in the timeframe we announce. You must include all relevant information, use of abbreviations, street number, building, apartment number. We do not assume responsibility for lost or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect data entry at the time of purchase. If you are located within the United States the costs included in your invoice only correspond to the total of the products and shipping value. You will be buying totally tax free.
*If your shipment is international, an extra charge for customs duties and taxes may be generated. This type of charge is external to our company and we are totally unaware of the final value.

International Shipping (Outside USA) Shipping without signature required and without insurance.
Tracking: You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number when your order has been shipped, so you can check every detail in real time.
Shipping time: In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. But the actual delivery date may vary due to weather conditions or other external factors. For information about your shipment please check with your tracking number.
